Guide. I have a property already in Augusta, Ga wanting to do the samething but may rent it out first and then mayne next year, turn the property into a sober living property. Yeah, there's training, it's a 6-month mentorship with a 6-week core course, weekly group coaching calls with Andrew, a recorded call vault, plus templates and policy/procedure docs. On Dallas/Fort Worth specifically I can't confirm, requirements vary by state, but there's a nationwide market research list included that covers that kind of thing.
