Guide. I have a property already in Augusta, Ga wanting to do the samething but may rent it out first and then mayne next year, turn the property into a sober living property. What went wrong with the previous internship you did?
It’s was essentially a program that connected you with out of state contractors and realtors to help you buy renovate and flip… Like a one stop shop. What went wrong? They were sending properties that were only going to profit 10k. It was lower end areas and I just did not feel comfortable because this was not how I invested previously. I did not ask the correct questions etc before signing up.
I did not trust the contractor and the realtor they linked me up with not experienced.
Makes sense, I'd assume with this venture you want to avoid those perhaps the questions that adds up. All my current coaches have been students of mine for a long time, given that one of them was my most successful student so far. We have attorneys who can advise on entity structures, not something I do personally, since it would be unlawful.
