Guide. I have a property already in Augusta, Ga wanting to do the samething but may rent it out first and then mayne next year, turn the property into a sober living property. Putting the final touches on renovating and wanted to have someone walk through to see if i need any specifics while the home is cleared. Do the rooms need to be split by sectional of some sort.
