Guide. I have a property already in Augusta, Ga wanting to do the samething but may rent it out first and then mayne next year, turn the property into a sober living property. A coworker I met is actually living in one. He opened up about his struggles and I want to help. He told me a bit an out it and I was curious as a cat. Looked into it and here I am.
